![]() ![]() The SR7011, SR6012, SR7012 and SR8012 are all HEOS based receivers. The spreadsheet Marantz_FY16_AV_SR_NR_PROTOCOL_V01(2).xls we have all relied on for control commands is no longer listed as a support document for these models. Apparently it has been superseded with a new HEOS protocol: HEOS_CLI_PROTOCOL_Specification_160218.pdf. In the meantime can anyone help me figure out how to use these new commands in our ISY? I hope to get more info from Marantz support soon. I have tried everything I can think of and still I get the 403 error. I can ping the Marantz and telenet to port 80 and port 8080. I have done a factory rest to the Marantz. I have rolled back to an earlier firmware, rest and updated and reset again. The Marantz responds to commands from Alexa and I can see the device webpage from a windows browser - But I can not access it via ISY.ĭoes anybody have any other ideas on what the cause is or what I can try?ĭavid-4 was told by Marantz that port 80 with HTTP was not supported on his model and needs to use TCP (probably) with the telnet ports 23 or 1255 as instructed. Since yours works for one command, it would suggest that http with port 80 is correct and possibly an older model using the Heos CLI protocol.Īlthough I have not figured out how to use the Heos CLI command set, I have gotten the IP commands to successfully control the Marantz receiver! I think this will work for all the Marantz AV receivers and preamps that have the Heos control built in. This include most of the 2016 models and newer. ![]() Please understand I am a novice to the particularities of the programing language used here and am just learning by experimentation and so my nomenclature may be wrong. Thanks everybody for all your help on this so far.įirst, the link to file that list all the IP commands that Marantz sent me are old and out of date. Likewise, the links to the files in the Marantz support screens for each of the receivers are also obsolete versions. In fact, they have removed the IP command spreadsheet file download links from many of the newer models' web pages. I did, however, found the newest, most complete files (dated 2018 ,version 5 ) for the IP Protocol, IR Protocol and Heos CLI Protocol and included links to them here: I suspect they are trying to push the Heos protocol in its place. Secondly, contrary to what Marantz tech support told me, IP control is not limited to only the Heos interface on Heos enable Marantz receivers and preamps. I haven't figured out how to use the Heos controls. I suspect that the Heos interface allows for a lot more ability to control streaming music selection but I have found that I can control most of the receivers functionality using just the IP command set alone (the file Marantz_17_AV_NR_PROTOCOL_V05_26022018.xls). #ONKYO RS232 AVR CONTROL CODES WINDOWS#įurthermore, I found a section in that spreadsheet entitled "Extension Commands" that seems to imply that you can send RC-5 Infrared (IR) Remote Control commands via the Network interface much like the other commands. I have not tried to send any of the RC-5 IR commands via the network interface yet.#ONKYO RS232 AVR CONTROL CODES DOWNLOAD#.If you press DOWN you can try to seduce the enemies, if they are close enough they fall into a trance and you can walk up to them however so far this can only be done with the pirates.Ī special thing about this game is the wide array of customizations for the protagonist, you can either use a premade template or individually pick certain armor pieces. You have a health bar which regenerates over time, if it's depleted you're immobilized and most likely get raped by the enemies. You can move around, jump and attack with your fists and gun you can load up the gun by holding the button but during charging you cannot move. The game play is pretty simple (and as of now still kind of sluggish): In the test levels you can also face StarCraft Hydras and Mutas. Among other things you'll face some kind of facehuggers, Metroid's pirates and Metroids. Currently the game in divided into two parts one part could be called the campaign, there's short tutorial and afterwards there are about four levels you can play through. (don't get your hopes too high, for now that's concept art :-P) The creative corner of the Legend of Krystal Forums have managed to bring forth another promising game, but as usually it's still in development and thus sharp at some edges. ![]()
